Beer Inspired Ranch Wedding
We loved working with this couple to take their beer-inspired wedding ideas to a whole new level! To highlight the natural beauty of Spruce Mountain, we kept the color palette very neutral and brought in natural items to accent the beautiful venue. The ceremony took place on the mountain side with the aisle lined with dried lavender for a touch of natural color. We used mason jars filled with fluffy white flowers, succulents and seed pods to adorn the chairs lining the aisle. Succulents and lavender floated above the bride and groom in glass orbs. After the ceremony, a bagpiper led guests down to the Ames Patio for cocktail hour.
For escort cards, guests found their names on a custom made beer wall. A warm amber glow was created with up-lights around the room and bistro lights strung across the ceiling; soft white draping brought an elegant comfort to the room. Long banquet tables added a comfortable feel to the room with burlap runners, aspen tree wrapped beer buckets, and wood boxes filled with white flowers, sage, succulents, and rosemary. Each napkin was rolled and wrapped with a small piece of aspen birch with a stem of rosemary was placed on top. We created something a little special for the head table; not only did we have florals on the table but we created a hanging centerpiece with 100 green garden roses and orbs that held candles, succulents and lavender.
We kept the comfort coming throughout the night with an amazing mac and cheese bar, taco bar, donut and ice cream station and late night snacks of s’mores.
