We LOVE this incredible crudite display in ice. This is a fun display idea for a Denver or Vail wedding reception. Paul from Alpine Ice is one of our very favorite ice sculpture artists. He created this ice display for an event at the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa near Beaver Creek, Colorado.
