We had such a great time helping Jen, Dan and Jen’s mom plan their wedding. We started working with them last fall to create a romantic garden wedding at Hudson Gardens. Jen loves flowers so we incorporated as many as we could into her wedding day. It was a beautiful afternoon ceremony followed by cocktail hour with a stunning crudite display. Guests enjoyed a sit down dinner in the garden canopy tent with fun dance music provided by Jeff from DJ on Demand. The incredible florals were provided by Bella Fiori Events. Catering was done by The Food Guy. The beautiful cake was created by Kelley Kakes.
A HUGE thank you to the fabulous photographer, Jenni Maroney. She was so fun to work with and had the pictures posted in record time. Our clients (and us!) were incredibly pleased with her and her wonderful photos.

Need some inspiration? Here are a few of our favorites.
Gabby, Danielle and Debbie from Save the Date Events at second floral design class from Bella Fiori
Our expert instructors from Bella Fiori - Sarah and Alicia
Our second class, “Hand Tied Bouquets” was my personal favorite. We learned how to prepare stems, choose the best flowers and create bouquets with uniformity and style. For any DIY brides who insist on doing their own flowers, consider taking a class from Alicia. There is much more skill involved in creating a beautiful bouquet than simply tying pretty flowers together.
Why did a group of wedding consultants take floral design classes? Aside from the fact that we LOVE flowers, we took these classes so that we can be better consultants for our clients. Having a deeper understanding of the entire floral design process allows to be better wedding designers and speak fluently about flowers with our clients.

How fun are these cute bouquet boxes? I love the pink callas too.
We’ve had a few weekends off and are now back in full swing until the end of October. This is our busiest time of year. Gabby and I are both working non-stop right now.
We are looking forward to a beautiful wedding this weekend at a historic mansion. Next weekend, we are totally booked with 2 fun Saturday weddings followed by a very fabulous tent wedding later this month (complete with 200 paper lanterns!)
We are still hoping to book a few more winter weddings and are offering significant discounts for November-March weddings. Call us today!
